Coaching is a joint process where you and I communicate at an honest level and work together on problem-solving.
One of my roles is to help you identify something called “Right Action”. This concept comes from Buddhist philosophy, and it means using sound, inner judgment to decide on action – action which leads to the best possible outcome.”
My coaching philosophy focuses on the 3-P’s of coaching; the person, the purpose of coaching, and the power that is unleashed when the person being coached has made a commitment to move forward with their inner judgments. But you need to be ready, willing and able to take action – and keep taking action until the problems that are keeping you up at night finally get resolved.
